Connections have long been one of the foundations of our rich history at OSF HealthCare. Health care is so personal, to both caregivers and patients, that relationship is a significant part of it. Last year, we deepened our appreciation for the importance of connection. Collaboration makes all of us better. Those connections and partnerships, many outside the health care Ministry, enable better care within.

Our 2015 Annual Report captures three themes close to all our hearts at OSF HealthCare – service, connection and transformation. Our sacred Ministry is in the service of God, to be sure. That means we gladly serve our patients, our communities, and even one another with the greatest care and love. And what a year for transformation at OSF HealthCare! Reflecting on a blessed year, we are thankful that God has given us so many wonderful gifts – gifts we can share with our communities to help improve the lives of those we serve. That is what this year’s report focuses on. Here you’ll find just a few of the many ways our Ministry is reaching out into our neighborhoods, finding new ways to share God’s Grace, and meeting not only the health needs of our communities, but their spiritual needs as well. I hope you enjoy these stories. May God bless each and every one of you.

Pax et Bonum,
